Pre-tempered steel (tempered) for molds and tools of medium and large dimensions with good workability. Polishing improved by the very low sulfur content. Reliable repair welding and good thermal conductivity.

Superplast® 2738 mod. HH is supplied to reclaimed state at 330 – 360 HB (34-38HRC)

Thanks to an optimal balance of elements (in particular boron) and high quality heat treatments, Superplast® 2738 mod. HH has homogeneous hardness along the whole thickness section.
